Description Bowl in patinated copper on a raised reticulated base by the Arts & Crafts maker Hugh Wallis.
Overall the bowl and base have a planished surface and a chestnut brown patination. A band of applied pewter decoration of trailing leaves and berries embelishes the top of the bowl finished off with a rope twist edge. It stands on an inverted trumpet shape base with a cut out design of leaves and berries and a rope twist edge around the foot.
Medium Metal. Copper.
Signed/Inscribed "HW" makers mark beneath.
Condition Good condition. Some surface rubbing overall. Rubbing of the pewter decoration consistent with age.
